ePSXe 1.7.0 Released!

After over 4 years of waiting, the ePSXe team have released a new version of what is everyone’s favourite PSX emulator. The ISO support code has been rewritten, as has the MDEC decoder. It’s got a new version of Pete’s Software Plugin, and many of the bugs in the CD-ROM decoder and in the core.
